You build things
A side project, hackathon build, open-source contribution, or tool people actually use tells us more than a perfect CV.
Build AI that keeps working after the demo, and ship real features to real customers from week one.
Apply for the roleSomeone still has to chase the follow-ups, remember what was said in the last meeting, and make sure nothing gets dropped. That is usually the busiest person in the building.
AUGMTD connects email, meetings, tasks, and documents with AI coworkers that can draft, chase, summarize, and report back. We are early: a small team, a product in the works, and a few customers. We need someone to help us build it.
Many of our customers work in regulated industries. They cannot afford AI that forgets context, leaks data, or breaks on Monday morning. We want someone who loves building with AI and cares just as much about what happens after the demo.
Build AI agents that connect to email, calendars, tools, and documents.
Work on LLM pipelines, integrations, and private or self-hosted models.
Write the tests and evals that tell us when something is good enough to ship.
Find what breaks before our customers do, then fix it.
Use AI throughout the process to move faster without lowering the bar.
A side project, hackathon build, open-source contribution, or tool people actually use tells us more than a perfect CV.
AI is already part of how you code, but you know generated code and model output still need evidence.
You are interested in reliability, context, privacy, and failure modes, not only the demo.
You notice gaps, investigate them, and bring back a working answer.
