    AI operations visibility for leaders.

See adoption, workflow activity, instrumented usage and cost, estimated value, active roles, and generated recommendations related to company goals.

    IN BRIEF

AUGMTD AI Operations gives workspace administrators an operational view of AI use across the team. It separates observed activity such as runs and instrumented usage from estimates such as hours saved, value, and return. Strategy views can relate current activity to goals and suggest areas for attention.

    01

See where AI has entered normal work

Adoption, active coworker roles, grounded runs, sends, messages, tool calls, and other available events can show which workflows are becoming part of daily operations.

    02

Understand where activity and cost concentrate

Instrumented usage can be grouped by source and user so administrators can identify expensive or heavily used surfaces. Cost coverage is partial and should not be treated as billing-grade.

    03

    Keep estimates separate from observations

Hours saved, value, and return depend on configured assumptions and formula coverage. They are planning estimates, not measured financial outcomes.

    04

    Relate deployment to company direction

Company goals and operational summaries can support generated recommendations about adoption, workflow opportunity, and possible misalignment. These recommendations are prompts for management judgment.

    05

    Use visibility for enablement

The intended use is to understand where workflows need support, where useful patterns can spread, and where controls or investment require attention. Approximate activity should not become individual performance scoring.

    DECISION GUIDE

Choose by the shape of the work.

    Adoption

Which members and coworker roles are using enabled AI capabilities during the selected period?

    Workflow activity

Which grounded runs, tools, messages, and work sources account for the activity?

    Economics

Which costs are instrumented, and which time or value figures remain estimates?

    Direction

Where does current activity support company goals, and where could enablement or control improve?

    LIMITS AND CONDITIONS

    Where the boundaries sit.

    • AI Operations is workspace-admin functionality.
    • Cost instrumentation is partial and pricing inputs can be approximate.
    • Hours saved, value, and return are estimates.
    • Generated strategy recommendations do not prove causality or alignment.
