PRODUCT · INBOX

Email follow-through prepared from the thread and the work around it.

Organize Gmail and Outlook by what each message needs, prepare contextual replies, and keep commitments and waiting states visible.

    Reviewed 31 July 2026
    IN BRIEF

AUGMTD synchronizes permitted Gmail or Outlook conversations, classifies what a message may require, connects the thread to related work, and can prepare a reply, nudge, commitment, or next move. Ordinary suggested replies remain available for the user to review and send.

    01

    Organize by required work

A message can represent a reply, action, decision, waiting state, commitment, or useful awareness. These work states are more useful for follow-through than a folder alone.

    02

Prepare from more than the latest message

A draft can use earlier thread history, recipients, relationship context, selected initiative context, relevant meeting material, and learned writing preferences.

    03

Track both sides of a commitment

AUGMTD can represent work the user owes and work expected from another person. This supports reminders, nudges, due dates, and waiting-state visibility.

    04

    Reconcile what happens next

Sent mail and later replies can update the state of connected work. A handled thread can reopen when a new response creates another obligation.
